Q. How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation by official homepage?
A. Regulations vary depending on the reservation site. Please contact the reservation site directly.

Q. I'd like to confirm the reservation details, how can I do it?
A.  If you would like to check on the website yourself, please check from "accommodation reservation confirmation email".
For reservations made through other than the official website, please contact the reservation site where you made a reservation.

Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation details by phone / e-mail?
A. Regulations vary depending on the reservation site. Please contact the reservation site directly.

Q. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
A. Follow the rules of Booking.com

Accommodation

Q. What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?
A. Check-in 15: 00 ~ / Check-out ~ 11: 00.(Excluding short stay)
An Extended fee will be charged for use after check out time.
From 11:00 to 13:00, 1,500 yen (tax excluded) per hour, after 13: 00, we have 100% accommodation fee only if there is vacant room on that day.

Q. Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?
A. Yes, it's possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after 24 o'clock, please ring the telephone or the interphone next to the entrance.

Q. I have made a reservation with a short stay, but can we check-in before 18:00 on the day?
A. No, you can't.

Q.  Can I change my scheduled check-in time?
A. You can change it. You do not need to contact us if you check in  until 23:59. If it is after 24:00, please inform the hotel. 

Q. Can we sleep with children at existing bed? 
A. 1 child under 6 years can sleeping existing bed with free of charge.  
If children need a full bed or 6 and older, room charges equivalent to adults will be charged.
We do not provide amenity, towel, pillow etc for children with co-sleeping. If necessary, we will separately request 1,000 yen (tax excluded).

Q. Is there a crib or bed guard?
A. Unfortunately, we don't have a crib or bed guard. 

Q. Can we accommodate even under 20 years old?
A. If you are under 18 years old you need a written consent from parental authority.
※ If you are staying under the age of 15, you must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
Please send it to the hotel by check-in.
※ If you can not confirm the consent form, we may refuse your stay.

Q. Is there a shuttle bus to the Maihama area?

Q. How long does it take from the nearest station?
A. 5 minutes on foot from Nishikasai Station North Exit of Tokyo Metro Tozai Line

Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. There is a mechanical multi-storey car park (ordinary car). The number is limited. We do not accept advance reservations, so you can use it if parking is available on the day.

Q. Can a large bus stop front of the hotel entrance?
A. You can stop front of the hotel entrance for a short time.

Q. Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?
A. Yes, it is. Please come to the restaurant directly. (Dinner is currently closed.)

Q. How much is the breakfast fee.
A. 12 years old and over: 1,000 yen
 6 years old to under 12 years old: 700 yen
 0 years old to under 6 years old: free when having breakfast with an adult.

Building and guest equipment

Q. Can my child sleep on the existing bed? 
A. 1 child under 6 years can sleep on the existing bed with free of charge.  

Q. How many people can fit in each room types? 
A. Double room for up to 2 adults. 
Twin Room for up to 2 adults
Deluxe Twin Room for up to 3 adults with extra bed. 
1 child under 6 years can sleeping existing bed with free of charge.  
Children aged 6 and over will be the same as adults. 

Q. Can I arrange a neighboring room if I reserve multiple rooms?
A. We will accept as requests. Please note, depending on the congestion situation of the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request. 

Q. Is there a barrier-free room?
A. We are located. There is a limit in the guest room, please tell us in advance when you make a reservation.

Q. What is the "LG Styler" cleaning machine with all rooms?
A. It becomes a closet type home cleaning machine. (Not a washing machine.)

Q. What is "handy" smartphone with all rooms?
A. It is an indoor amenity that you can use domestically and internationally (6 countries) and the Internet for unlimited free use.

Q. Is the bathroom/toilet separate?
A. No . There are together.It will be a unit bath.

Q. Please tell me the size of the bed.
A. "Double room bed width 140 cm x length 195cm" 
"Twin room bed width 90 cm x length 195cm"  
"Deluxe twin room bed width 90 cm x length 195cm (the same size for the sofa bed)" 

Q. How many card keys can we get?
A. 1 card key for each room.
If you need additional card key, please call to the staff by telephone at reception.

Q. Can I use WI-FI?
A. Free Wi-Fi available in rooms and lobby. 

Q. Is there a baby stroller rental?
A. Unfortunately, we don't have a stroller. 

Q. Is there a non-smoking room?
A. All rooms are non-smoking. No one can smoke in the hotel.

Q. Is there a smoking place?
A. We installed an ashtray in the left side of the hotel entrance.It will be outside the hotel.

Q. Do you have an ice machine?
A. Yes . It is placed on the 1st floor of the hotel. 

Q. Is there a vending machine?
A. Yes. Vending machines (vending machines of alcohol, juice and vending machines of cup coffee) are installed on the first floor.

Q. Is there a coin launderette in the hotel?
A. It is in the hotel (chargeable)
· Wash 1 time → 300 yen
· Drying for 10 minutes → 100 yen

Q. How do you request when long-term guests ask for cleaning?
A. We clean the room every day.

Q. Can we stay with pets?
A. Unfortunately, we don't accept pets. 

Q. What is a gown?
A. One-piece type with thin fabric. 120 cm size only (for inside rooms only)
※ Not for children's gowns prepared at the room. If you need it , please inquire at the reception on the first floor.

Service · On-site facilities

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in / after check-out?
A. Acceptable.Please contact to the hotel stuff.

Q. Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A. Yes, you can. Please fill out the reservation number Check-in date and the name of the guest's representative on the home delivery voucher and deliver it.
Please manage your valuables yourself.

Q. Is there a home delivery service?
A.Yes, there is. We accept at the reception until 11:00 in the morning. (Only in Japan) .
We do not send luggage to the airport. Only at home.

Q. Is there room service? Can you deliver a birthday celebration cake etc?
A. No . Unfortunately, we don't provide room service. 

Q. Is there a hotel concierge?
A. No, there is not. If you need any assistance, some staff are fluent in English, so please contact us by phone at the front desk on the first floor.

Q. What is the security measure like?
A. We have confirmed 24 hours with a security camera.
The hotel is locked at night (from 24:00 to 5 AM) , outside people can not enter without  card room key.
Also , elevators cannot access guest room  floor without the card room key.
